Welcome on board of SCANTRADING SCHIFFSTECHNIK GMBH
We are in the market for nearly 40 years, specialized in the trade with and the repair of fuel injection equipment. Our workshop is located in Hamburg, where our skilled engineers overhaul fuel injection pumps and fuel injection valves, both for 4-stroke and 2-stroke engines.
Gern sind wir auch behilflich bei der Schadensanalyse im Fall von Pumpenausfällen, um so eventuell zu längeren Laufzeiten der Brennstoffpumpen und Brennstoffventilen beizutragen. Ein Thema, das in Zeiten von Low Sulphur Brennstoffen immer aktueller wird.
In case of bad performance or even failure of the fuel injection equipment, we are able to give an analysis of the cause of the failure, based on our long experience and close contacts to the shipowners. Especially in times of Low Sulphur Fuels, the high content of CatFines can cause serious problems of the fuel injection parts.
Die SCANTRADING SCHIFFSTECHNIK GMBH ist außerdem seit fast 40 Jahren im internationalen Handel mit Ersatzteilen für Dieselmotoren tätig, mit besonderem Schwerpunkt auf die Brennstoffeinspritztechnik. So verfügen wir über einen umfangreichen Bestand an instandgesetzten Brennstoffpumpen und Brennstoffventilen, die wir auf Austauschbasis anbieten: MaK M 20, MaK M 25, MaK M 32, MaK M 43, MAN L 32/40, MAN L 48/60 B, MAN L 58/64 CD, sowie für diverse MAN B&W Hilfsdiesel.
Darüber hinaus haben wir gute Kontakte zu Herstellern von Ersatzteilen für Separatoren, Pumpen, Kompressoren, usw.
Moreover, Scantrading Schiffstechnik GmbH is trading internationally with spare parts for diesel engines. We are holding an extensive stock of reconditoned fuel injection pumps and fuel injection valves, which we are offering on exchange basis: MaK M 20, MaK M 25, MaK M 32, MaK M 43, MAN L 32/40, MAN L 48/60 B, MAN L 58/64 CD, as well as for several MAN B&W auxiliary engines.
Apart of the diesel engine spares, we have good contacts to manufacturers of spare parts for separators, pumps compressors, etc.
